Can anyone tell me when the football season starts and when the basketball season starts again?

I love football and basketball and I was wondering if anyone could tell me when the 2006-2007 season begins for each of them.

Football as in NFL starts in mid September (September 7 is opening day where the Dolphins play the Steelers)

while the NBA starts in Early November (schedule not yet announced)

the NFL starts september 10th, not sure about the nba. probably not far behind that. just go to ESPN.COM they have all the good info. go COLTS

BBall - Regular season starts in mid October
